Susannah Childers

As the Founder and Creator of Possibility for my company Ah Ha! (www.experienceahha.com) I design, facilitate and train Organizational Learning, Strategic Planning & Innovation. I facilitate teams whether they are in person or remote through a blend of processes incorporating Visual Thinking and Graphic Facilitation with Creative Thinking, Design Thinking (Sprints), Structural Thinking and immersive conversations (World Cafe approach). Together with my team, we have facilitated thousands of people and teams around the world to drive innovation and organizational change.

I am a life-long learner, continuously seeking new adventures through experiences (like travel) and knowledge (ideas). My work is to think together with clients to create foundations for future possibilities. I love sharing my work as an international speaker on the topics of insight, leadership, and innovation, recently presenting at the Creative Problem Solving Institute (Buffalo,NY), Mindcamp Canada in Toronto and the African Creativity Conference in South Africa.

My formal education includes a BA in Economics and Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. I began my career at Helene Curtis (now Unilever) and worked for The Procter and Gamble Company connecting teams and driving learning and innovation.
