When I dropped out of my master's in 2017 after only 2.5 months, I didn't want to hear about the problems that were solved in the steel industry in the 90s. I wanted to get out, into the real world.
Not surprisingly - a lot has changed since the 90s: Business models, cultures, skillsets, ...
What hasn't changed much - is how we collaborate in meetings.
Over and over, I found myself in endless discussions ending up with a decision that changed two weeks later, followed by everyone being so confused that work packages were more guessed than defined.
I would like to change that! Because for me, facilitating different skillsets/areas is a key skill in an increasingly complex, fast-paced world.
