The Boxing Ring Retrospective

Description

The Boxing Ring Retro gets a team to review the highlights and lowlights of their last 'fight' (e.g. the last sprint!) to assess what went well and badly, and how they can improve for next time. First ask the team to name the boxers, then ask questions to get them sharing their points: - How did the fight go - was it KO in one, or a 10 round slog-fest? - Did they come out victorious? - Did their training and coaching help them? - Were they on the ropes at any point - how did they respond? Top generate ideas for improvement, ask: - What should we add to our training routine? - Do we need better equipment? - Should we learn new moves?

Metro Retro is a free web app that helps teams run productive, engaging and fun retrospectives.

It uses real-time updates, adaptable templates and a quirky sense of humour to help you run the best possible retros!

It is great for distributed teams where a face to face retrospective is not possible. It is also great for co-located teams for shorter meetings, less wasted paper and always available history of your retros.
