Movistar Retrospective

Description

About the Retrospective: This is a 60-75 minutes retrospective inspired by the development of the Reviews and Comments section. The goal of this retrospective is to help team members look back at a Sprint and assess how it went. Check-in: Introduce the team in an activity that allows knowing the state in which they arrive at the Retrospective session. Select a mobile icon and place it on the scale based on how the sprint felt. Experiments from previous Sprint: Review the actions of the previous Retrospective session and validate whether they were fulfilled or not. Gather Data: Each team member writes their own comment on how the sprint felt and puts a headline on it. Generate Insights: All team members converge on a title agreed by all, and the most relevant issues are brought up in the comments section. Decide what to do: All team members vote for the most relevant topics and experiments and actions are created that can be carried out during the next iterations. Feedback: Each member of the team chooses a star and places it according to their rating of how the session seemed to them on a scale of 1-5. Tips: Enjoy the theme. Add or remove team Headline & Comment Frame so that you have just the right amount for your team - For this example was 4 members. Use the resources section to place the dot voting and stars in the board.
