This board uses the management 3.0 practice of Competency Building. The sequence of activities : 
a. Sketch yourself ( First frame) , people go and draw themselves using the prop given
b. As a team create a list of competencies
c. Take your drawing to the matrix and mark yourself on the competencies ( Red : Apprentice , Yellow : JourneyMan, Green:Master)
d. On the place you want to grow/learn  (restricted to 2 post-it per person), write GROW.
